MURPHY’S LAW (CONTINUED)

You’ve heard of and probably even acknowledged its presence in your own circumstances more than once a phenomenon commonly called “Murphy’s law,” or in other words, “if something can go wrong, it will.”

Most of us from time to time get that feeling of being overwhelmed. Someone may say, “Now what? What else can go wrong with this project?” Or maybe, “Not again! I just got over the flu; why am I sick again?”

Life’s problems, some tiny, some terrible, seem to come at the worst time. After you’ve been high on the mountain rejoicing over a victory or joyful event in your life. POW—you plunge into a valley of despair as yet another problem hits you and turns your world upside down.

I’m here to tell you there’s hope. God’s promises are for you. Discover how to access these wonderful blessings that await you and your loved ones. Psalm 37: 4 (NKJV) promises:

“Make God the utmost delight and pleasure of your life, and he will provide for you what you desire the most” (Psalm 37:4 TPT).

Spend time today thinking about the goodness of God. not about your circumstances or problems, and remember the blessings He has poured into your life. Thank Him today—God is not through blessing you!

A Prayer for You

Dear God, thank you that You love me and have good promises for my life. I praise You for all that You’ve already done for me and I wait in faith and expectation for you to answer my prayer for (name a request or situation you’ve been praying for from God). In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
